PaTom Connect is a digital platform that connects diaspora Zimbabweans with their families back home by facilitating the delivery of groceries, bill payments, medication delivery, event management services, and other related services in Zimbabwe.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders and Payments

4.1 Order Placement: When you place an order, you agree to pay the specified amount including all applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Creem.io, Paynow, EcoCash, and OneMoney. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

4.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4.4 Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type. Please contact our support team for refund requests. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

5. Service Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times: We strive to deliver services within the estimated timeframes, but delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on location, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

5.3 Service Availability: Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PaTom Connect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
