Map & open events
Use the Map tab to see open fares near you. Approved providers can bid or accept fares from the Provider tab.
Post an event
Hosts use Post to create an event, set a fare, and review bids from planners and vendors.
Chat on the event
Open any event from My posts or the map - scroll to Messages to chat with bidders or your assigned provider.
Notifications
Bell icon in the header (web and app) lists bids, messages, payments, and provider updates.
Provider application
Apply under Profile → Provider application. Upload ID and liability docs; admins approve in the console.
Accepting a bid & escrow
Compare bids by price, rating, and jobs. Accepting awards one provider - deposit goes to escrow until completion. See the timeline on your event page.
Disputes & safety
Open a dispute from the event page if work was not delivered. In chat, use Report or Block for harassment or off-platform payment requests.
